Gma: Why are you sad? Do you know?
Me: Not really.
Gma: Do you have people in your life that you miss?
Me: ...Yeah.
Gma: Then that is probably why you are sad.

this coming from a woman so steeped in Alzheimer's that she doesn't know anyone in her family and can no longer go to the bathroom by herself. I love moments like that.
